Lawyer Botolf Botolfsen assists both private and business clients, especially in real estate including construction, company and insolvency law since 1989, among other things, as trustee in bankruptcy from the Oslo District Court.

Within company law, he assists in most of the above-mentioned areas, and in recent years has assisted both buyers and sellers in transactions of medium-sized companies.

Assistance for private individuals mostly applies to what we have called “Hyttejus”, which then applies to real estate issues, and shared ownership problems and generational change
