Lawyer Heidi Kjær Trudvang mainly works with private legal matters, and has particular expertise in family, inheritance and probate law. She has extensive experience in counseling and dispute resolution in this field. She assists with, among other things, the creation of cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts, wills, powers of attorney for the future, probate settlements between spouses, financial settlements between cohabitants and probate. Trudvang holds the office of estate administrator for the Oslo district court for public probate of estates and handles a large number of inheritance settlements at all times. She also assists with inheritance agreements/generation changes, disputes related to wills, intestate succession, compulsory inheritance and other inheritance law topics. She also assists clients with international family and inheritance matters. In addition, she assists in children’s matters, in matters of parental responsibility, phase of residence and visitation.
