Johannes P. Notaker-Velde has experience in legal consultancy, including company law/foundations, EU/EEA law, procedure, property, administrative law, insurance law and employment law. He has international experience through studies and stays abroad, including at King’s College London and Louisiana State University (LSU).

Johannes regularly assists with company law issues, but also has good experience with foundation law and has participated in investigations of both companies and organisations. In addition, he works with other corporate law topics, such as shareholder agreements and board responsibilities. He has worked as an insurance broker at Willis Towers Watson AS with risk assessment and negotiation of large insurance programs for public and private clients within the Energy & Large Accounts segment. A large part of the work relates to renewable energy.

He has also worked as a senior adviser in the Ministry of Employment and Inclusion with legislative drafting (preparation of consultation notes, legislative proposals and assessment of consultation opinions), negotiation of international agreements, questions for written answers from the Storting, work with government notes and notes to political leadership.

Johannes has 10 years’ experience, including from legal practice, insurance brokerage and public administration and is passionate about sustainable business.
