Attorney Fredrik Astrup Borch mainly works with commercial legal issues. He assists Norwegian and foreign companies, particularly in the area of negotiation and conclusion of contracts, purchase and sale of companies and businesses, equity transactions, mergers, etc. Borch is regularly appointed as estate manager by the Oslo District Court, and works largely within insolvency and restructuring. Borch also has a number of assignments within employment law for both employers and employees, and real estate legal matters with an emphasis on property development, development agreements, leases and property transactions.
