Ole Hauge Bendiksen has extensive experience in assisting and representing both companies and private individuals in legal proceedings before all courts. He works in particular with larger legal processes with high requirements for administration and preparation of the legal negotiations.

Ole Hauge Bendiksen has considerable experience in representing clients in cases where there is a lot of media attention, and assists our clients in contact with the public authorities where the cases are of great social importance and interest.

His specialist fields are both procedural areas of administrative law and procedure, as well as the substantive legal areas of compensation and insurance law, real estate legal relations including construction, and company law.
