Lawyer Bent S. Kverme assists both private and public clients with ongoing advice, out-of-court dispute resolution and procedural assignments for the courts. He has particular expertise in real estate and construction law, and various topics in planning and building law. The majority of the time is spent ensuring the quality of contracts before they are entered into, ongoing assistance throughout construction periods and in final settlement negotiations, as well as dispute resolution. In recent years, he has worked particularly extensively with collaborative contracts and holds courses in all construction law topics. He also assists with all types of disputes relating to real estate. With additional education such as a Master in Business Administration (MBA), he also assists with issues within employment law, company law and company management.
