Else-Marie Merckoll has long and broad experience in several legal disciplines, but today particularly specializes in personal injury compensation and family law, including international family law.

Else-Marie Merckoll has particular experience with the financial settlement in connection with dissolution of marriage and cohabitation, and assists in both public and private probate. She also assists with the creation of prenuptial agreements, wills, cohabitation agreements and more, and regularly has assignments as executor of wills.

Else-Marie Merckoll is part of an International Network of Family Law Lawyers specializing in International Family Law. She is also on BUFDIR’s list of lawyers with particular expertise in child abduction.

Else-Marie Merckoll has considerable experience in all areas of personal injury law and attaches great importance to negotiating good compensation settlements for injured parties. She has also prosecuted several major cases, both against insurance companies and the State at the Patient Injury Board. She has an established collaboration with the Personskadeforbundet PLTN.

She has also assisted a large number of veterans who have applied for compensation and compensation from the State for mental stress injuries after participation in international operations. In this context, she has an established collaboration with the Veterans Association SIOPS and has given several lectures under the auspices of RVTS and Mental Health.
